We are a small, India-based team who believe that getting to good healthcare in India should feel clear and manageable, wherever you live.
Why we started
India has many hospitals, Ayurveda centres and wellness providers that welcome patients from abroad. Yet for someone in another country, planning the trip can feel overwhelming: unfamiliar cities, visas, places to stay, language, and who to call when something changes.
We started Care Beyond Borders to take that practical weight off your shoulders. We are young, we are passionate about it, and we would rather be honest with you than tell you what you want to hear.
Who we are
Most of us are entrepreneurs, and we bring a love of planning, follow-through and clear communication to every trip. One of us is a medical doctor, who helps the team understand medical reports and communicate clearly with hospitals. Our doctor does not treat or advise clients. Your medical decisions stay with you, your own doctor and the provider you choose.
What we promise every patient
Whatever brings you to India, this is how we will work with you.
- Straight answers. We tell you what we arrange and what we don't, in writing, before any work starts.
- Your choice, always. You choose your hospital, centre or practitioner. We don't recommend treatments.
- A real person to call. A coordinator in India for you and your family, from arrival to the trip home.
- Respect for your privacy. We don't need your medical records to plan your trip.
Our role
- We are a coordination company, not a medical provider. We don't give medical advice.
- We don't promise outcomes, cures, prices or timelines that depend on providers or governments.
